The Starting Point

A growing logistics business with one specific problem

When Opex Logistics first came to us, they were not looking for a complete business platform. They had one clear pain point: managing quotes and tracking new business. Leads came in by phone and email, quotes were put together in Word documents and spreadsheets, and follow-ups relied on memory and sticky notes. Opportunities were slipping through the cracks.

Like many growing businesses, the rest of the operation was held together by spreadsheets, paper forms, and manual processes. Driver allocation was done on whiteboards. Timesheets were filled out on paper. Invoicing meant cross-referencing multiple sources to figure out what to charge. It worked until it did not.
