Meet your agent

An AI teammate you can give real work to. Yours gets a name, learns your business, and comes back with finished work — around the clock, for one monthly price. Some people call it an AI employee — we call it your agent.

I run a cleaning company, 14 staff. What would an agent actually do?
Week one, your agent: ✓ texts every cleaner their rota on Sunday · chases the two who don't confirm ✓ builds Monday's numbers before you're up ✓ spots any job finished but never invoiced What should we call them?
Ha — Alfie, I think.
Alfie it is. He'll never miss a Sunday. (That was an example — the box below is really me. Ask anything.)
Try me — I'm live. Not a recording, not a demo. Type below.
The window above is the real Kodie — and the bar at the bottom follows you to every page, mid-conversation.

Message agents like teammates

Give work to your agent like you would a colleague. They take jobs from start to finish, remember how you like things done, and come back when your approval is needed.

Fiona, has the Hartley invoice gone out?
✓ Sent this morning — paid at 11:02.
Pedro, are we covered for Saturday?
✓ All 31 jobs covered — Dave swapped with Sam.
Grace, remind everyone about the safety course
✓ Done — I'll chase anyone quiet by Thursday.

Your agent works where you work

Vans, sites, shops, offices. Your agent lives in your phone and your systems — wherever the day takes you, it keeps up.

Show your agent how it's done

Walk it through a job once — how you quote, how you invoice, who signs what — and it becomes a routine your agent runs on its own.

Agents get smarter over time

They keep context and learn your preferences. Correct them once and it sticks — for every job after.

The Hartley account replied on pricing — same thread as March. I had the context, so I answered without waiting on you.
Noted for next time: they only sign annual, and Dana approves.
Updated memory for Pedro

Agents work together

Put a few in the same thread and they pass work between themselves — you watch it happen instead of approving every step.

Sending to Fiona…

Work with many agents at once

Start with one. Add another when the work grows — one on operations, one on the money, one on admin. They work in parallel and hand work to each other.

Give each agent a job

Run the week overnight. Your agent checks the jobs are covered, prices next week from the latest rates, raises what was missed, and leaves a morning summary for you to approve — on your desk and in your pocket.

Mobile app on the way — talk to your agents wherever the day takes you.

FAQs

How is this different from a chatbot?

A chatbot answers when typed at. Your agent does work — on a schedule, unprompted, inside your real business. It runs 24/7, even while you sleep, and comes back with finished work.

Do I need to be technical?

Not even slightly. If you can send a message, you can run an agent. Set-up, connections, security and upgrades are all done by the Kodie team and included in the price.

What can my agent connect to?

Whatever you approve — your business data for reports, your email system for sending, calendars, documents and the outside sources that matter to you, like official rates. You control exactly what it can touch, and you can see everything it does.

What does fair use mean?

The honest version: one monthly price covers your agent working the way a hard-working colleague would — all day, every day, on the jobs a business actually has. Almost nobody ever meets the limit; if your plans are that big, we'd love to hear them.

What if the agent gets something wrong?

Agents ask when they're unsure, and anything sensitive needs your say-so before it happens. Everything is recorded, so if something's not right you'll see it, we'll see it, and we'll fix both the mistake and the reason it happened.
