Step 2 · Within a week

A plan in plain English

You get a short, readable plan: the jobs we'd take off your plate, what changes day-to-day for your team (very little), and a clear fixed quote. No 40-page proposal, no "contact us for pricing" games.

Step 3 · Typically 2–4 weeks

We build your Kodie

We build the automation around the tools you already use — your spreadsheets, your accounts package, your inbox. Nothing migrates, nobody retrains. Your team keeps working exactly as they do now.

Step 4 · Go-live

It runs alongside you first

Kodie starts on real work while a human double-checks everything it does. Only when you're comfortable — and the output is provably right — does it take the job over fully. You stay in control of what's automated and when.

Do we need to buy new software or change systems?
No — that's the point. Kodie is built around whatever you already use: your spreadsheets, your accounts package, your email. If it works for you, we work with it.
What if Kodie makes a mistake?
Anything Kodie isn't certain about gets flagged for a person to check rather than guessed at. During go-live, everything is double-checked by a human until the output is provably right. And if something does slip through, we fix it — that's part of the service, not an extra.
Is our data safe?
Your data is only used to do your work — never to train anything, never shared, never sold. We'll walk you through exactly where it's stored and who can see it, in plain English, before anything starts.
How long until we see a difference?
Most builds take two to four weeks, and we start with the job that hurts most — so the first "that's just done now?" moment usually arrives within the first month.
What does it cost?
It depends entirely on what we're automating, which is why we don't publish a price list — a one-job build for a three-person office is a different thing to a full back-office for thirty. You'll get a fixed quote after the audit call, before you commit to anything. (We explain what drives the price in how much automation costs.)
We're not very technical. Is that a problem?
It's our favourite kind of customer. You don't need to understand the technology any more than you understand what's under your van's bonnet — you just need to tell us where the week goes.
